SMS Terms and Conditions
Your Choice Inspections Text Messages

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the text messaging program offered by Your Choice Inspections ("Your Choice Inspections," "YCI," "we," "us," or "our"), a home inspection company at 2123 Bethune St, Fort Worth, TX 76105. By opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.

2. Program description

Your Choice Inspections Text Messages are sent from our text line, (817) 532-4857, to customers who have asked to hear from us. We use texts for:
- Inspection scheduling: setting up and coordinating your home inspection date and time
- Appointment confirmations and reminders: confirming your booking and reminding you before the inspection, plus updates such as schedule changes or inspector arrival times
- Customer care: answering your questions and following up about your inspection and report

We do not send third-party marketing or promotional messages, and we do not sell or share your number for marketing.

3. How you opt in

You opt in to Your Choice Inspections Text Messages when you:
1. Text us first at (817) 532-4857; or
2. Give verbal consent on a phone call with our team when booking an inspection, after we ask whether we may text you about your appointment.

After you opt in, we may send a confirmation message that identifies Your Choice Inspections and explains how to get help and opt out. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages depends on your appointment and on how often you contact us; most customers receive a few messages per inspection.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text and data plan. Your Choice Inspections does not charge for text messages.

6. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START (or UNSTOP) to (817) 532-4857.

8. Carrier disclaimer

9. Supported carriers and devices

The program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Not all devices or carriers may be supported.

10. Changing your number

If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number first or contact us so we can update our records, so that messages meant for you are not sent to someone else.

11. Privacy and no sharing of mobile information

Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted at https://yourchoiceinspections.com/sms-terms  with its effective date. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms; you can always reply STOP to cancel.
